Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for orders over 50 dollars with a delivery address in the USA and APO or FPO addresses!

 

For all order under 50 dollars, we are not in business to profit from your shipping! All pricing is direct from USPS by weight. Orders under 13 ounces will ship by First-Class Mail; orders over 13 ounces ship by Priority Mail or Parcel Post. The average delivery time after leaving the SudzyBaby home for both First-Class Mail and Priority Mail is 2-3 business days.

 

If you are browsing our site as a guest, the listed shipping price will be the zone 8 rate that USPS offers for the weight of your order (USPS divides the country into zones, with the furthest zone from the shipping point being zone 8). Once you are logged in, the rate listed will reflect your default address until checkout, at which point you can change your billing and shipping addresses. USPS postage prices can be found at http://www.usps.com/prices/welcome.htm

 

For deliveries outside the USA, please contact us. You will be charged via invoice.

We want you to have your new products in hand as soon as possible so we strive to ship the next business day. If a product is out of stock or during high sales times, it may take an additional few days to get the item back in stock and on the way to you. 

 

During holiday and sales periods it may take longer than normal for your packages to arrive. Know that we will get it to you as fast as we can!

 

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address on all orders. If your package is returned to us and the mistake is yours, you will be charged in order to re-send your package.

 

Vacations

 

We occasionally take vacations to visit family and friends and in these cases, orders will still be accepted but will not be able to ship until we return home. If we are away, a notification will always be posted on the homepage to let you know our next shipping date.

 

Insurance

 

Once your order leaves SudzyBaby, you are responsible for it. (For more details, see our Terms & Conditions.) The US Postal System is great, but occasionally packages go missing or are damaged in transit. Insurance is offered and highly recommended on your packages for the direct USPS price based on the cost of your items.
